  • #1   Adjust the Asa Index setting with the Asa speed of your film or your personal E.I
  • #2   Measure by pointing the Photosphere towards the Camera
  • #3   Read the values in red just below the footcandlr marks where the needle halted. Range 0-16 (These values are also used with direct reading...!
  • #4a    Slide In: Move the red mark labeled "IN" on the scale opposite the found value.
  • #4b    Slide Out: Move the white mark labeled "OUT" on the scale opposite the found value.
  • NOTE:    At this point all usable shutterspeed / f-numbers are aligned and coupled.
  • #5    Read the desired Shutterspeed/aperture combination.
  • #6    Synch your Camera accordingly...
  • #7    Ready for exposure!

Note: This meter attains its accuracy because its readings are based solely on INCIDENT LIGHT (The light that falls upon the subject)
